Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Our Country of Merchant Domicile is England (United Kingdom) and all tranactions are made to us in pounds sterling. We accept credit and debit card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else where your national currency is not pounds sterling, after you have placed your order and your payment is processed, your credit card company or bank may convert the transaction to your own currency e.g. US Dollars.

We accept Credit and Debit Card Payments from Visa/Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Amex and Solo (we do not accept Visa Electron). You may provide your payment information via telephone, fax, post (Cheque) or over the Internet. We process electronic payments using our secure payment provider Actinic Payments.

When email confirmation of order is received (if you supplied an email address), this is to acknowledge that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

There is no charge for the 'Free UK Delivery' option. Pricing for 'UK Express Delivery' is detailed below.

If you select 'UK Express Delivery', your order will normally be delivered within 48 hours from the order date (some areas of the UK may take three days which is an exception to the delivery process - please telephone us if you need further information). For 'UK Express Delivery', a signature is ALWAYS required upon receipt of your parcel. The cost of 'UK Express Delivery' will be charged to your payment details (e.g. credit card) when we despatch your order and the price will be dependant on the weight of the items, delivery location and will range from £5.50 and will not exceed £8.50. The delivery charge will be included in the total amount shown on your printed receipt included with your parcel when it is delivered. The 'UK Express Delivery' charge will NOT be shown in the online order process, online receipt or first order acknowledgement email. Important: UK Express Delivery is only available for items to be delivered within the United Kingdom.
